Summary:
Reporting to the Director of Regulatory Consulting, you will join our professional consulting team in London to undertake an extremely varied and rewarding role advising our clients on the FSA rules, requirements and expectations relevant to them.
Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for your own portfolio of clients and assisting / advising them in all regulatory matters pertaining to their business.
Summary:
Reporting to the Director of Regulatory Consulting and becoming an integral part of our consulting team; you will assist clients and the consultants with matters of a regulatory-accounting nature. This will include capital adequacy, financial reporting to the FSA (GABRIEL), ICAAP and ILAS preparation and assisting with the financial aspects of FSA Part IV applications.
Responsibilities:
We do not purport to be practising accountants, we specialise in regulatory support. Consequently the successful candidate’s role will be in that context. The individual will be responsible for the areas mentioned above, as well as considering domestic and international developments and the dissemination of guidance to clients and the wider team.
Summary:

This is an entry level ‘experience’ role to understand all that professional UK compliance consulting offers as well as working in a dynamic part of the industry exposed to hedge fund management, brokerage and private equity business.
Responsibilities:
You will be expected to assist various members of our team in everything from the routine to the dynamic. We expect the role would allow the individual to better understand the workings of the finance industry as well as develop a professional work-ethic standard. Further employment opportunities may open up with ACA or indeed one of our clients.
Term:
The initial term is 3 months, which may be extended if mutually agreed. There is no guarantee of a position within the Company or with any one of our clients after this initial term.
Remuneration:
This is an ‘experience’ role and is therefore not a salaried position. We will however reimburse travel expenses to the office.
