ACA is a regulatory consultancy for the wholesale finance sector working with a broad range of clients that include hedge funds, fund of funds, long only managers, private equity, venture capital, institutional brokerage, capital introduction and investment advisers.
Reporting to the Director of Regulatory Consulting, you will provide the wider team with research, administrative and project support to help them maintain the high levels of client service we expect. Some of your work may be fairly straight-forward and some may be highly challenging and exciting.
This is an ‘experience’ role within a dynamic, busy, challenging, but fun consultancy and presents an opportunity for an individual to work alongside finance and compliance professionals and be exposed to the workings of different types of wholesale finance companies – whilst at the same time gaining a valuable work-ethic.
Successful candidates are likely to have good degree in a relevant subject, an interest in the legal/regulation/finance sectors and an understanding that hard work and the right attitude can often sometimes create the most opportunities.
Please note this is an ‘experience’ role for initially three months and does not offer a salary. However, travel expenses to the office will be paid. After three months the role will cease unless mutually agreed otherwise, which might include an extension of the ‘experience’ role, a part or full-time job offer or an out-placement to a client.
