ACA Compliance (Europe): Staff Biographies

Richard Timms

Before joining ACA, Richard worked for four years at a compliance consultancy specialising in the technicalities of FSA regulation. Before this he was in the Legal & Compliance Department of Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation Europe. He had previously worked as a paralegal at a number of law firms in London before progressing into the financial services market with Sumitomo. Richard completed the Bar Vocational Course at the Inns of Court School of Law, London. He completed the Common Professional Examination in Law at the College of Law in Guildford.

Richard is an integral part of our project team, with experience in ICAAP, ILAS, Mock-FSA visits and complex S.166 reviews.
