Andy Welch

Andy is an Associate Director at ACA Compliance (Europe) and heads up our FSA Authorisation team.

Prior to joining ACA, Andy held a similar FSA-Authorisation team manager role at a leading London compliance consultancy. He now has over five years experience managing a range of FSA applications including complex derivative fund managers, institutional brokers, cap-intro, e-money and smaller boutiques. He specialises in pre-application advice and then professional end-to-end management of the FSA process.
