ACA Compliance (Europe): Staff Biographies

Adam Palmer

Prior to joining ACA, Adam was Assistant Compliance Manager for the Permal Group and Vice President, Legal & Compliance for Centaurus Capital Ltd with responsibility for all UK and European regulatory issues and their HFSB project. Previous to this Adam was, for five years, a Manager and Senior Consultant at a leading UK compliance consultancy specialising in technical analysis, regulatory process and the delivery of pragmatic compliance support. Previous to this Adam was at Fidelity before undertaking his Masters in Corporate & Commercial Law.

Adam has been previously approved by the FSA to hold the CF10, Compliance Oversight and CF11, MLRO functions.

At ACA, Adam manages our consulting resources from the front, ensuring we maintain the high levels of client service we are known for. As well as running a team, Adam is a hands-on consultant and his technical ability remains an asset for our clients.
